BOOKING RULES

We strive to create a relaxing space for you to enjoy and we need your help to make sure this happens, so we have outlined some requirements below that we ask all guests to agree to and comply with:

We ask the guest to thoroughly read the apartment rules as well as through the apartment manual, and check-in and check-out procedures to be well familiarised with the apartment.

On booking we'd like to know a little bit about you, when enquiring about availability please ensure you have completed your ID Verification, have a profile photo, and some information about yourself and the purpose of your stay. On booking, you will need to supply a photo ID verification as well as a selfie photo.

​

We require the person making the booking MUST be part of the travelling party. When booking, please advise that ALL the people staying in the apartment, adults, children and babies count as guests and must be included in the booking. No other guests staying other than those on the original booking.

​

We request the guest to do a walk-through upon entering the apartment and inform us immediately of any unreported damage, unsatisfactory cleaning or any issues to the apartment on arrival, we would love the opportunity to resolve those issues during your stay to a satisfactory standard. Any damages found at the end of the stay will be deemed to be caused by the guest.

​

The cancellation policy is strict and once you book you agree to it - we encourage all guests to seek travel insurance to protect themselves.


APARTMENT RULES

​

FIRE/SMOKE ALARM
If the occupants of the apartment set off the fire alarm (you have 30 seconds to clear it) and the fire brigade attend, a charge of $2100 applies. This is generally caused by smoking or not ventilating the apartment whilst cooking. There is an easy guide in the apartment guide book of a quick step to disable the alarm should it accidently be set.

NOISE
No noise after 10 p.m. and refrain from causing disturbances to the neighbours to avoid having them complain to local authorities. We ask that guests also respect our neighbours with quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am.

​

KEYS
In the event that keys are lost/ damaged/ locked inside the apartment at any time during your stay or check-out, we may need to call a locksmith and additional expenses will be charged to your account. Cost is $100

​

DAMAGE/CLEANLINESS
We request the guest to inform us immediately of any unreported damage, unsatisfactory cleaning or any issues to the apartment on arrival, we would love the opportunity to resolve those issues during your stay to a satisfactory standard. Any damages found at the end of the stay will be deemed to be caused by the guest. If there is any damage to the apartment, please inform the host ASAP as additional charges may apply.

SUPPLIES
We provide enough toiletries and general apartment supplies to get you started. 

​

FURNITURE
Please don’t rearrange the furniture or any decorative items. They must remain in their original spots. There will be a fee of $300 if any items are moved or re-arranged.

​

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. Absolutely no open flames or candles are allowed anywhere in the apartment. Any residue found by staff will result in mandatory reporting to authorities.

​

NO PETS

​

NO SMOKING/VAPING
No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in the resort. Smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony is STRICTLY prohibited. Charges may apply for additional cleaning and deodorisation of the apartment. Fess for cleaning $250

​

NO PARTIES
Strictly no parties or events allowed. Infringement on this rule will result in eviction without a refund and a $1000 fine.

​

POWER
Please turn off the AC, lights, and TVs off when you go out for safety reasons. Please ensure the power card is lifted to disengage all power on leaving the apartment.

​

WIFI
Wifi is supplied in the apartment, the speed and consistency is subject to NBN lines.

​

ODOURS
Strong Aromatic or Strong spiced food cooking - We ask guests to please not use strong aromatic or strong spiced food cooking inside the apartment. While we want you to be comfortable and not restrict any foods or cuisines you may want to cook and eat, these smells of strong aromatic and strong spiced foods can sometimes linger and stain inside the apartment. They can be very hard to remove and cause future guests discomfort. The comfort of all of our guests is of the utmost importance to us as hosts. In the event, that a strong cooking smell is left inside the apartment there will be an additional Cleaning Fee of $200 for the cleaners to remove the smell.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Please respect check-in and check-out times. If the cleaner’s or apartment manager’s schedule is affected by this, further charges may apply. - Check-out time is 10 am. If the cleaner is not able to clean on time, a delayed entry fee may apply. Check in is from 2pm, please understand the resort automatic door closes at 9pm. Your room key will give you access to open those doors after hours

If you require late check-out, please contact the host 72 hours before check-out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee.

​

SAFETY & SECURITY
Security system - Please note there are security cameras installed on site for the safety of the guests and security of the resort.

​

CHILDREN
Due to the balcony balustrades, no children are allowed in some apartments. This is only relevant to the Palms @ the Pier  property.
